Get on the list of St. Louis Area's Best Workplaces for Commuters

A growing number of St. Louis area employers have found a new way to stand apart from the competition—by making commuter benefits as commonplace as 401K or health care benefits. In fact, they're part of an exciting trend of companies that recognize the value of making the ride to work less work for their employees— through free or subsidized transit passes, the flexibility to work from home, and other strategies.

To recognize these top-notch employers, the American Lung Association, Citizens for Modern Transit, RideFinders, and the St. Louis Regional Clean Air Partnership and other local organizations teamed up with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to compile and launch the first annual list of the St. Louis Area's Best Workplaces for Commuters in 2004 and 26 local employers made the list. CMT continues to help identify other employers who offer great commuter benefits and could earn the designation as a Best Workplace for Commuters. We challenge employers throughout the region—including your company—to "Get on the List!"
